We ship directly within the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm Central Standard Time. Our rates are automatically generated by USPS and UPS based on the customer address and weight and size of the package. We also offer free local delivery (20 mile radius) on orders larger than $500 and Free Local Pickup. Shipping times are calculated once the order has been fulfilled, NOT once the order has been placed. Returns are subject to restocking fees typically 25 to 50% of the entire order.
